01 — Homes
The house list.
Drywall, paint touch-ups, sticking doors, loose hardware, shelves, blinds, and whatever is still on the punch list.
Handyman · North Vancouver
The loose, the cracked, the half-finished. I quote it, then I do it. You talk to me.
What I fix
01 — Homes
Drywall, paint touch-ups, sticking doors, loose hardware, shelves, blinds, and whatever is still on the punch list.
02 — Condos
Fixture swaps, range hoods, caulking, and mounting. Tell me the building rules and I work inside them.
03 — Yards
Deck boards, rails, gates, fences, and patio cracks filled so they hold through a North Shore winter.
How it goes
Say what’s wrong and where you are. A photo helps. You reach me, not a call centre.
I look at the job and tell you the cost before I start. If it changes, we talk first.
I show up, fix it, and take the mess with me. The list gets shorter.
Where
Houses up the hill, suites along Lonsdale, yards toward the woods. Nearby on the North Shore when it’s a sensible trip.
Yes. North Vancouver suites are a regular part of the work — repairs, mounting, fixture swaps, and the short list a unit collects. If the building needs notice or a parking plan, say so and I’ll work around it.
Call or text 647-878-1741. Tell me the problem in plain language. I’ll say whether I can take it, and when I can be there.
Yes. I look — in person, or from a clear photo when that’s enough — and tell you the number before tools come out.
I’m a handyman, not a ticketed electrician, gas fitter, or plumber. If a job needs a licensed trade, I’ll say so. No structural work and no whole-home renovations.
Book it
North Vancouver. Homes, condos, backyards. If I can fix it, I’ll tell you what it costs. If I can’t, I’ll tell you that too.
